DRESS CODE
There is no strict dress code policy for the event, however being a KENYAN themed party, we welcome those guests that wish to dress in traditional attire. Whilst keeping the formalities to a minimum, it’s worth noting that our professional photographer will be on hand to capture those magical memories. For that reason alone, we are in no doubt that you will take it upon yourselves to ‘dress to impress’ !
Parking
There is no on site parking for this event however within the local area around the venue, there is plenty of street parking available which is free after 6.30pm and all within a few minutes walk of the venue. Of course being a KENYAN night, we expect nobody to be driving and everyone to be drinking and partying.
DIEtiary
iNFO
On the night, our chefs will serve you a generous variety of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kenyan themed dishes. You are more then welcome to explore all the stations on the night and you will find any related allergy information next to the specific dish. In addition to this and to allow us adequate preparation, we may request upfront information on your dietary preference at the point of sale. All the food is served unlimited between the allocated hours and is inclusive within your ticket price.
group tickets
We have had a substantial amount of group booking enquiries. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Your booking is only confirmed when we are in receipt of your payment and your are in possession of your official tickets. Each attendee must have an individual ticket to gain entry on the night. Please ensure you complete these formalities well in advance of the event to avoid any disappointment.
Bar prices
This event is ‘by the people for the people’. Therefore we have ensured the bar prices are extremely reasonable and no more then any local bar / restaurant. We will have range of specially selected Cocktails, Shots, Spirits, Wines and Tusker Beer as well as the usual soft drinks all available for you to purchase on the night.
MUSIC
The theme for the night is to take you back in time to the infamous nightlife guests witnessed in Kenya whilst adding touches of the modern music of today. The playlist has been created with input from guests who experienced this first hand. As the night is designed primarily around YOUR enjoyment, we welcome all music suggestions plus any dedications for those special occasions you may be celebrating on the night. A dedicated link is now on the events page for you to have YOUR say.
SEATING
The concept for Klub Kenya means the seating designed specially for the event will be LIMITED. NO formalities means NO reserved tables and NO sitting around !! We want guests to mingle, network, eat, drink and have fun. What we do have is a dedicated chill out area with lounge seating for you to rest those feet for a few mins ONCE you have partied till at least the early hours of Sunday morning ! (the number of tables have been increased from our first event !!)
audience
Who is our audience you may ask ? Ideally anyone that’s over 21+ that knows and understands the vibe of how a real Kenyan party should be! Whilst we do not wish to restrict entry to anyone genuinely wanting to have a good time, the event is ideally suited for those that can stand on their feet and party like it’s 1999 (drunk or sober) !
